I bought my brand new 2023 RX 350 and service my Lexus here. Staff are very friendly. The guest room is a bit small, and snack is not as plenty as others GTA 's Lexus dealership. I would definitely recommend anyone to see Michael when purchasing used or new vehicles. Nice and quiet dealership.

I had a fantastic experience at this dealership! Nick and Kevin were friendly, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to make sure I found the right car. The financing process was smooth and easy, and I never felt pressured to make a decision. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone in the market for a new car. Nick was great to work with. He also kept me well informed along the way about timing and next steps. It was a pleasure working with him and I would highly recommend both Nick and Kevin.

Recently purchased a used vehicle from this dealership. Let me start off by saying how clean and nice the inside of the building looked, it really felt like you were walking into a luxury car brand dealer. Everyone I dealt with, starting with my sales rep Nick, the sales manager Micheal, business manager Kevin, and service advisor Kevin was very upbeat, kind, and amazing to deal with. No pressure sales, no pressure add ons and a little flexibility made the sale go smoothly as possible. I defiantly recommend Lexus of Barrie for anyone looking for a new or used vehicle, I would buy from here again!

Took my Lexus Rx350 to Barrie Lexus recently for a water pump replacement Wich was under warranty. One thing I can say is, I’m very impressed with their service. From front desk to service department. They treated us amazing from the start to finish. I wish I had all the names that helped us through, but the person I dealt with was STEVEN at service department. I would give you guys a 7 Star if I could. Thank you for the follow up as well. Recently went to Barrie as we had a flat tire to fix. Not our ‘usual’ dealership. We were very impressed with service. Call returned promptly. Tire replaced quickly - same day (run flats can not be repaired). Typically my car is washed with a service. This time it had been detailed!! Shiny inside and out :) Pleasant & professional staff for pick up. A very positive experience.
